3. Booking and Payment Terms

3.1 Booking Process

  • All bookings must be made by persons 18 years or older
  • A booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation
  • You are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate
  • Special requests are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed

3.2 Payment Terms

  • A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking
  • Full payment is due 45 days before departure
  • Payments can be made by credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal
  • All prices are in Euros unless otherwise specified
  • Prices include VAT where applicable

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation charges apply as follows from the date of written cancellation:

  • 60+ days before departure: 10% of total cost
  • 45-59 days before departure: 25% of total cost
  • 30-44 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • 15-29 days before departure: 75% of total cost
  • 14 days or less before departure: 100% of total cost

4.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to insufficient bookings, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or alternative arrangements.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements

  • Valid passport required with at least 6 months validity
  • Visa requirements vary by nationality - check current requirements
  • Health certificates may be required for certain destinations
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers
  • You are responsible for ensuring all documents are valid and up to date

6. Liability and Responsibilities

6.1 Company Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the total cost of your booked services
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations by third-party providers
  • We are not responsible for personal injury, illness, or loss of personal property
  • Force majeure events are beyond our control and liability

6.2 Customer Responsibilities

  • Follow all local laws, customs, and regulations
  • Respect local culture, environment, and fellow travelers
  • Arrive punctually for all scheduled activities
  • Report any issues immediately to your guide or our office
  • Maintain appropriate travel insurance coverage

7. Changes and Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to local conditions
  • Customer-requested changes may incur additional fees
  • Price changes due to currency fluctuations, taxes, or fuel surcharges may apply
  • Significant changes will be communicated as soon as possible

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to force majeure events including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions
  • War, terrorism, civil unrest, or political instability
  • Government regulations, travel restrictions, or border closures
  • Pandemic, epidemic, or other health emergencies
  • Strike, industrial action, or transportation disruptions

9. Health and Safety

  • Inform us of any medical conditions that may affect your travel
  • Follow all health and safety guidelines provided by guides
  • Carry necessary medications and medical documentation
  • We recommend consulting a travel medicine specialist before departure
  • Emergency medical expenses are the responsibility of the traveler

10. Complaints and Disputes

We are committed to providing excellent service. If you have any complaints:

  • Report issues immediately to your guide or local representative
  • Submit written complaints within 30 days of return
  • We will investigate and respond within 28 days
  • Unresolved disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration

11. Intellectual Property

  • All website content, logos, and materials are our intellectual property
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission
  • Photos and videos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes
  • Respect intellectual property rights of third parties during your travel
